This wine is crafted from ripe, clean fruit carefully harvested from the stony soil vineyards of Conders Bend Road in the Wairau Valley. Sustainably grown and naturally low yielding, these older vines produce concentrated flavours.
The use of seasoned oak barriques and Cuve fermenter create a complex wine that exhibits generous layers of flavour and texture.
Possibly one of the best Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs. Picking the grapes from diverse locations and then maturing in oak barriques has smoothed the wine, reduced its acidity and made it delicious.
Not sure about the label though.
Happy days.
