Ribbonwood Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, fresh, fruit driven wine in an easily recognisable Marlborough style, made in a Framingham way.
WINE MAKING
Wine making is all about preserving each site's individual identity, so it's kept simple. Juices from each vineyard are kept separate and fermented with appropriate yeast in stainless steel tanks. Individual wines are then blended according to our idea of a complementary whole.
TASTE
Bright aromatics with subtle layers of nectarine and red currant. Distinctive yellow plum on palate backed up by elements citrus. The wine is dry, with a mouth-watering line of fine acid and mouth filling length. Easy to drink on its own or to match with food.
FOOD MATCH
Versatile on the table; try green lipped mussels or other shellfish, Caesar salad and pesto based dishes.
