Audited and accredited as 100% sustainable by Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand in 2009, the winery produces our range of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, Viognier and Montepulciano, including New Zealand's Montepulciano Rosato.
The winery holds tanks ranging from 600 to 40,000 litres, supplemented by barrels made from
both oak and stainless steel, 50 litre stainless beer kegs and 23 litre glass jars. These
vessels allow many different blending options and approaches to winemaking.
